Our space fits up 25 patrons seated comfortably. We provide 24 chairs, two wooden 6-foot tables that seats up to 16 total, three additional 6-foot foldable tables for more seating or arrangements. Frequently asked questions
Depending on your needs, events must be scheduled in 3-hour minimum time slots with a deposit due at checkout to hold your date. The remaining balance is due in full 72 hours prior to your event starting. Unpaid balances after 72 hours will automatically cancel your event date, and your deposit will become non-refundable and non-transferable regardless of any other policy.

Cancellation Policy
• More than 30 Days Before Event
Full refund of deposit or booking fee, minus a 5% processing fee.
• 15–30 Days Before Event
50% of the total event cost is refundable. If only a deposit has been paid, 50% of the deposit will be forfeited.
• 14 Days or Less Before Event
No refunds.
2. Rescheduling
• Events may be rescheduled once, with at least 14 days' notice. The new date must be within 3 months of the original booking.
• A $75 rescheduling fee will apply to cover administrative and staffing adjustments.
• Rescheduling less than 14 days before the event is treated as a cancellation, and the policy above applies.
Emergencies
We understand that emergencies happen. In rare, documented cases of medical emergencies, extreme weather, or unforeseen disasters, management may, at its sole discretion, offer credit toward a future booking (case-by-case basis).
By securing a reservation with us, you agree to these terms. This policy ensures fair treatment for both our guests and the dedicated staff that make your event possible.
Maximum capacity is 25 seated comfortably.
Free parking is located on the premises at the back of the building. The entrance is located on the side of the building and the event space is located on the 2nd floor. Parking on the premises adjacent at the side entrance can only be used after 8pm if available.
The side door main entrance cannot be left open unattended to unload or let guest in. You are responsible to let your guest in through the side door main entrance.
Temporary passcode/s to enter the building and the event unit is for the Renter only. It is not to be giving to any other parties or guests.
Do not place decorations on the walls, doors, electronics, or fixtures, and do not hang anything from the ceilings. Confetti is not permitted.
If you are interested in having a sip and paint event, it will be subject to approval.
Flammable candles are not permitted with the exception of Birthday cake candles only. Battery operated candles are permitted.
Do not stand on the tables or chairs.
Do not unplug any electrical wiring.
Do not change the Bluetooth speaker volume. It must remain at volume 20 to stay within the noise ordinance.
Do not set the TV volume past 20.
Do not hang out in the hallways or other areas of the building premises.
Renters may bring in food. Coolers and food warmers/burners are allowed.
Alcohol is permitted to be served. All renters are required to sign an alcohol release of liability waiver agreement. It is recommended for renters to obtain event liability insurance.
All spills are to be taking care of immediately and you are responsible to clean up your mess. Please do not leave any personal belongings behind.
Trash bags are available, and trash must not be left in the unit or building. There is a dumpster located in the back of the building to place bagged trash.
Restroom is available. Please do flush anything besides toilet paper down the toilet.
Do not leave small children unattended in the unit, restroom, or the building premises.
Please remember to turn off all lights, electronics used, and close the doors when you leave. Once you close the doors they will lock automatically.
No smoking and No animals of any kind are allowed on the premises.
What is your maximum capacity?
Our maximum capacity holds up to 25 seated comfortably.
Can I setup a little earlier?
You get 30 minutes free before your event starts for set-up. Cleanup is included in your rental time.
Example: If your event is between 12:00pm - 4:00pm, You can set up starting at 11:30am, and you must be out of the venue space by 4:00pm. If you are late or miss your free 30 Min set up time. No additional time will be allowed.
What do you provide?

Can I bring my own decorations?
Yes, you may bring your own decorations. You may also bring in more chairs and a table to accommodate up to 25 guests. To avoid any liability damage, flammable candles are not permitted (battery operated only) and decorations cannot be placed on the walls, doors, ceilings or permanent electronics/fixtures. Confetti is not allowed.
Do you offer WIFI?
Yes, we offer Wi-Fi and a Bluetooth speaker to play your music. There is also a T.V available.
Can I bring my own food?
Yes, you may bring your own food.
Can I serve alcohol?
Yes, you may bring your own alcohol. All renter/s will be required to sign an alcohol waiver/liability release agreement.
Do you provide a Kitchen?
There is no kitchen, however you may bring in items to keep the food cold and hot as long it is within compliance. Example, coolers and food warmers/burners.
Do you provide parking?
Yes, we provide free parking located in the back of our building. There is also parking adjacent.

Is Smoking allowed?
No Smoking of any kind including vape pens, cigarette's, cannabis or any other form, legal or illegal, medicinal or recreational for any reason medical or otherwise is permitted at a Blended Three Event, in the building of or surrounding premises.
